OKAY SO. Jay basically... spends his time collecting information. As in, he eavesdrops, observes, etc. etc. to know what's going on. And he's... very good at doing this, and like never gets caught in the process except once lol Senel.

ANYWAY. THE POINT OF THIS. Can Jay eavesdrop on your characters' threads? Obviously, private ones are a no. And you can give me limitations on it, blah blah. Of course whether or not he's listening depends on if I uh, actually read the thread, so you don't have to be worrying that someone is spying 24/7?

And he doesn't usually go and blab the info he knows, unless someone contacts him specifically and all that, sooo you really don't have to worry stuff getting around to everyone. Gotta kill boredom somehow.
